January 01 Happy New YearCan't believe it's the 1st of January 2008...
Came back from Scotland yesterday. Return journey went to plan unlike the outward journey. Decided to have a quiet night after a hectic week of visiting.
Sharron had baby James on the 27th after much toing and fronig to the hospital. Went to visit on the 27th and met James as well as Colins parent, Sharrons Mum, Suzanne and baby Lewis!! Left early as felt a bit like Piccadilly Circus.
Friday night was spent in Glasgow with Caitlin. Then Saturday morning drove down to Monkton to see Karen, Kyle and Alix. In the pm headed to Troon to see Kathryn and family. In the evening back to Perth via Glasgow. Had haggis and chips!
Sunday said my final goodbyes - Lunch with Dad at Huntingtower then afternoon with Torqs and family then tea with Mum.
Back to work tomorrow - can't believe it.

Had a nightmare journey up to Scotland that involved 3 trains, 1 coach and 1 taxi - but managed to arrive just 1 hour late!
Santa was very good to me - More Brain Training, subscription to BBC Good Food and Easy Living, money and toiletries. Ate too much roast potatoes and vegetables yesterday - still haven't started the yule log..
Today in Edinburgh saw Dad and the crew - more food.
Then passed by the hospital to see Sharron - hoepfully the baby will be born within the next couple of days. She looked well but nervous.

New to all this. Am going to see if I can add at least an entry a week.
Pretty much ready for Christmas - tomorrow is last day for the students but it is also Eid so hopefully going to pretty quiet. Supposed to be doing Secret Santa at lunchtime but as open till 6pm could be difficult.
Train home is on Sunday (23rd) and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. hoping to catch up with Uni girlz as well as Sharron and whole family.
